To help reduce the chance of bruising, start taking oral Arnica 7-10 days before treatment. Take as directed on the bottle.
Avoid blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for at least 48 hours before treatment.
Refrain from alcohol consumption 24 hours prior.
Stay hydrated and eat a healthy meal before your appointment.
Inform your provider of any medical conditions or allergies.

Expect mild swelling, redness, and possible bruising for a few days.
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
Refrain from strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (saunas, hot tubs) for 24-48 hours.
Apply a cold compress if needed for swelling.
Sleep with your head elevated for the first night.
Neurotoxin Pre & Post Care

Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and anti-inflammatory medications 24 hours before treatment.
Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or skincare products.

Do not rub or massage the treated area for at least 48 hours.
No facials or lasers the first 2 weeks.
Remain upright and avoid lying down for 4 hours post-treatment.
Avoid intense exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol for 24 hours.
Results will start to appear within 3-7 days, with full effects in 10-14 days.
Sculptra Pre & Post Care

Avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24 hours before treatment.
Stay hydrated to support collagen production.

Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to ensure even distribution.
Expect mild swelling, redness, or bruising, which should resolve within a few days.
Avoid excessive heat, sun exposure, and alcohol for 24-48 hours.
Full results develop gradually over several weeks as collagen production increases.
PRF/EZ Gel Pre & Post Care

Hydrate well before your appointment.
Avoid blood thinners and alcohol for at least 48 hours.
Eat a protein-rich meal before your treatment to support cell regeneration.

Mild redness, swelling, and pinpoint bruising are normal and should subside within 48 hours.
Avoid touching your face for at least 12 hours.
Refrain from makeup, sun exposure, and excessive heat for 24-48 hours.
Use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer for the next few days.
Do not apply ice on the area for first 48 hours.
CoolPeel and Deka Peel Pre & Post Care

Discontinue use of active skincare products (like retinol, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid) at least 1 week prior to your appointment.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning—both natural and artificial—for at least 2 weeks before treatment.
Let your provider know if you are prone to cold sores so we can discuss appropriate preventative care.

Post-care will vary depending on whether you receive a CoolPeel or Deka Peel, and your provider will walk you through personalized aftercare during your visit. In general, we recommend staying hydrated, avoiding sun exposure, and using only gentle, hydrating skincare during the healing process.
