Appointments
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our Website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for booking an appointment.
Weather & Your Appointments
We understand that weather can be unpredictable and safety is always our top priority. We make every effort to remain open and available for your scheduled treatments. If severe weather conditions force us to close any of our locations, we’ll contact you directly to reschedule your appointment at no charge. If you haven’t heard from us, we’re open and looking forward to seeing you!
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
For group appointments, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $100 if canceled less than 72 hours in advance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. In this case, the $50 late cancellation fee will still apply. There are no exceptions to these policies.
Pricing & Prepayments
Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 6 months to redeem the purchased service(s), unless otherwise specified due to promotional terms and conditions. To prepay, email info@vidafunctionalaesthetics.com or call our business line,
321-225-6505, with the items and quantities you’d like to purchase. If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging unopened within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. To request a refund or exchange, email info@vidafunctionalaesthetics.com and include your receipt.
Prepayments are refundable within ten days of purchase. Services received can not be refunded.
Payment Disputes
At VIDA Functional Aesthetics, if a credit card charge for any service or payment is disputed, your account will be temporarily suspended from booking appointments, and any available prepaid funds will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. Should the disputed charge be returned to VIDA Functional Aesthetics, your prepaid balance will remain intact, and your booking privileges will be fully reinstated. If the dispute is not resolved in our favor, prepaid funds may be forfeited, and further action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount. We kindly ask that clients contact us directly with any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, as unresolved disputes may lead to permanent suspension of services.
Consultations
At VIDA Functional Aesthetics, we are happy to offer complimentary aesthetic consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe that the best results come from an informed client with clear, realistic expectations — and we're here to guide you every step of the way!
During your consultation, we’ll take time to understand your unique skin type, walk you through all available options (both immediate and long-term), and create a personalized treatment plan designed to help you reach your goals.
To respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ experiences. In that case, a $50 late/cancellation fee will apply. Functional Wellness Visits
Your journey to vibrant health starts here. Our functional wellness specialist is here to help create a personalized wellness plan just for you. Our in-depth Functional Wellness consultations, whether in-person or virtual, are available for a $275 fee. These sessions allow us to dive deep into your health goals and create a personalized plan just for you.
If you're not sure whether a full consultation is needed, we also offer complimentary 15-minute mini consultations! During this mini session, your provider will assess whether a brief visit is sufficient to address your concerns or if a full consultation would be recommended.
For those interested in our Weight Loss Program, initial consultations are available for a $350 fee, ensuring we dedicate the time and resources necessary to customize the perfect plan for your success.
Group Appointments
Please call 321-225-6505 for group availability as special requirements may apply to three or more people bookings. A credit card must be provided for all group reservations, and a $200 deposit per person is required to guarantee the appointment. This deposit can be used toward the services scheduled on that day.
Child Policy
At VIDA Functional Aesthetics, we love children and babies but safety is very important to us. To help maintain a secure environment, we kindly ask that parents and guardians make alternative arrangements for children while receiving services.
Because of the nature of our treatments and equipment, having children in the clinic during a parent’s appointment can pose health and safety risks. For clients under the age of 18 receiving services, we require that a parent or legal guardian be present throughout the visit.

Pet Policy
For the health and safety of our clients, VIDA Functional Aesthetics has a No-Pets policy. Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to VIDA Functional Aesthetics. Only working service dogs are permitted.

You can permanently disable your account and remove your information from our database at any time by sending an email to info@vidafunctionalaesthetics.com. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.
These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.
